The above chart shows a very powerful solar burst with a peak at 19.5 MHz of about 32 million kelvin.
The solar burst shown in the above chart was preceded by a burst of RFI at 19.5 MHz. The early part of the solar burst emphasized the lower frequency (red trace) and the later part emphasized the higher frequency (green trace).
