The above chart shows a solar burst with sweep characteristics at 0124 bracketed by radio frequency interference. The sharp spikes at 0123:30 and 0125:30 probably are caused by the frequency sweeps from over-the-horizon radar or ionsonde.
The radio frequency interference is higher at 19.4 MHz than 28.0 MHz but a solar burst is seen at 1522.
